Enjoyed my stay. Grounds were well kept and room was clean. The only thing I would say is to make sure you sign out of every streaming service as it doesn't automatically delete after each guest stay.

⭐ 1/5 — Very Disappointing Experience After 3 Years of Staying Here I have been coming to this hotel for the past three years, and unfortunately, this will most likely be my last stay. The rules and atmosphere have changed significantly. Guests are no longer allowed to enjoy any type of music at the pool, even from a small personal speaker at a reasonable volume. Even more disappointing, at around 10:00 PM, we were told we could not remain on the pool deck at all. What made the situation much worse was the way we were treated by security. Karine Inmore was extremely rude, dismissive, and disrespectful when speaking to us. There are professional and courteous ways to explain hotel policies to paying guests, and unfortunately, that was not our experience. After choosing this hotel repeatedly for three years, I expected much better treatment and customer service. A hotel should make returning guests feel welcome, not uncomfortable or disrespected. I am extremely disappointed with how this stay was handled and will seriously reconsider returning in the future.

Disappointing Experience for Our 15th Wedding Anniversary My husband and I booked a vacation package through Monster Group/Capital Group Travel and were assigned to stay at Hollywood Beach Towers while celebrating our 15th wedding anniversary. I want to start by saying the front desk staff was friendly, welcoming, and courteous throughout our interactions. Unfortunately, that was the highlight of our stay. When we entered our first assigned room, I pulled back one of the decorative pillows on the bed and found hair embedded in the pillow. I immediately returned to the front desk, and they promptly assigned us another room. While I appreciated their quick response, the second room was no better. The hallway and room had a strong urine odor that was impossible to ignore. Beyond the cleanliness concerns, the property is in desperate need of renovation. The furniture appears to be from the 1980s, and the overall condition of the hotel feels extremely dated. While I don’t expect every hotel to be a luxury resort like the Ritz-Carlton, I do expect a clean, well-maintained property comparable to today’s standards. I typically stay at Hyatt and Marriott properties, and this experience
